Amsterdam, 16 May 2024 - BUX Holding, the holding company behind BUX, the innovative and leading mobile investment platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marcel Jongmans as the new Chairperson of the Board, effective immediately.
Marcel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to BUX's board, particularly in the financial services sector having served as the Global CEO and Board member at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and as CFO and Board member at Flow Traders. With a strong proven track record of leadership and strategic vision, Marcel is poised to guide BUX Holding through its next phase.

Marcel will succeed Founder Nick Bortot, who has served admirably in this role. Nick will stay involved as Observer of the Board.
